I love how Vetcare meets our German Shepherd’s needs by providing boarding and healthcare. The front desk lady is always respectful and kind. The other office helpers are also great. Our new go-to vet! They were able to squeeze our pup in the next day after he had an injury when every other vet couldn’t get me in for weeks! They were so friendly and communicative! They took such great care of our pup, who made a full recovery from his injuries!
Vetcare is the best pet care facility that I know of. I have taken my pets to Dr. Reed since the 90s. I used to live in Jonesboro, but I now drive about 100 miles to take my pets to him and have been driving that distance for almost 23 years. I refuse to take my pets to any other facility. He is the very best that there is. His staff is awesome and very professional! They are so organized, and I love the reminder calls prior to appointments!

We were able to schedule an appointment quickly…everyone was friendly, and our fur child received the BEST care and attention! The doctor and assistant listened to our concerns, patiently answered our questions, and most of all, we were allowed to stay in the room with our pet as she received care. Our former vet clinic took our pets to the back without us for their checkups. Notice “former”?

By far, Vetcare is the best vet we have been to! It took us a couple of tries to find the right vet for our dogs, and then we found the perfect fit. The amazing staff does a great job with our dogs, is always very friendly, and always completes every visit in a timely manner. We highly recommend Vetcare to anyone needing a good, reliable vet.
The staff is so nice, and they are always so good with my fur baby!!! She has been scared and anxious at other places. At Vetcare, my girl is visibly comfortable. Daron is wonderful with grooming; he always has my girl looking and smelling fabulous!!! Ms. Lauren keeps us on track with appointments, shots, and other scheduled medication! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Vetcare and their staff.
He saved my baby! I’ll forever thank this clinic, my Fendi fell really sick I called to get her seen, they were very full that day, and made a exception to see my baby girl, I took her in they called me gave me updates on what it was and what would needed to be done Dr Kevin was soooo great at how he explained and what he wanted to do to save my baby from parvo she was vaccinated when she caught it, he gave her a shot and sent her home with medication! I was so thankful for this after the medication, my baby girl pulled through and is doing so well, she did a 360 in 3 days! I was shocked to see how quickly she was getting well! The staff is perfect! Everyone was so nice and generous! Thank you all so much, we’ve found our vet home 🙂
