How soon can you see my pet?
We offer same-day and next-available appointments whenever possible. If your pet is experiencing an emergency or urgent issue, please call us right away at (870) 972-5320 so we can assess the situation and prioritise your pet’s care. Our team will do everything we can to accommodate you quickly and ensure your pet receives prompt medical attention.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are currently welcoming new patients! Whether you’ve recently adopted a new pet, moved to the Jonesboro area, or are seeking a new veterinary partner, we’d be honoured to care for your dog or cat.
Is Dr. Reed available?
Dr. Reed sees patients regularly, and we’re happy to check his availability for you. Let us know which dates or times work best for your schedule, and we’ll confirm the soonest available appointment with him.
Is boarding available?
Yes, Vetcare offers on-site pet boarding for both dogs and cats in our comfortable, climate-controlled lodge. We’d love to learn more about your pet’s needs and answer any questions you have. Please visit our Pet Boarding page or call us to discuss availability, requirements, and accommodations.
Do you offer pet grooming services?
Yes! We partner with The Barking Barber, an experienced pet groomer who is available by appointment at our facility. Services include bathing, nail trimming, and full haircuts. Let us know if you’d like to include grooming as part of a visit or boarding stay.

Do you offer emergency services?
Yes, we offer urgent care during business hours. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us immediately. For life-threatening situations outside of business hours, we can refer you to a local 24/7 emergency clinic.
